AusAID funding win for mortality reporting systems project in Vietnam

Professor Mark Stevenson and Dr Rebecca Ivers have been awarded $440,600 for a project evaluating and enhancing the national mortality reporting systems in Vietnam.

The grant is part of AusAID’s inaugural Australian Development Research Awards (ADRA), within the research priority theme "health systems strengthening".

The project will provide an opportunity for the Institute to broaden its research work in Vietnam, which has focussed on motorcycle helmet use until now.
